Utility Services-Online Bill Payment

Welcome. The City of Hudson is pleased to offer its customers an alternative way to pay water, sewer and electric bills, which is provided through a service by Official Payments Corporation. This service is a safe and reliable way to pay your water, sewer and or electric bill online.

You may pay by using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card.

Please note that there will be an additional fee charged for this service by Official Payments Corp.

To begin, you will need to have your paper utility bill available.

If your water bill is due TODAY or you have received a shut off notice please call (330) 342-1710 to speak to our Utility Billing Office. Please do NOT continue as your payment may not be processed in time and your utilities could be shut off.

Please read the following instructions completely before visiting the Official Payments website.

First, use this link to open the OfficialPayments.com website.

Locate the 'Make a Payment' section.

Click 'Local Payments' and enter your state in the "State" text box provided and then select "Hudson, City of (Utilities)" in the"Payment Entity" text box then press the continue.

Enter the dollar amount you are paying. The total amount due is stated on your paper bill. Lastly, complete the form provided. Be sure to include your City of Hudson account number and your service address, which is also located on your bill.
