The Hudson Police Department is dedicated to safeguarding
the lives and property of the people we serve, to reduce the incidence
and fear of crime, and to enhance public safety while working with the
community to ensure a high quality of life in our City. The department
is committed to providing a superior level of service with honor and integrity,
while at all times conducting ourselves with the highest ethical standards.
In addition to ensuring the safety and security of the
City, HPD works closely with the community, providing many services, such
as senior watch visits, juvenile diversion programs, vacation watches,
and community-oriented policing.
The Hudson Police Department is staffed by 29 full-time
officers, 5 full-time dispatchers, 5 auxiliary officers, and 3 civilian
personnel.
